Homemade Granola

Ingredients:

100g porridge oats

50g sunflower seeds

50g pumpkin seeds

4 tbsp yacon or maple syrup

4 tbsp melted coconut oil

50g walnuts

50g flaked almonds

50g hazelnuts chopped

 

Instructions:

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Pour the ingredients into an oven proof dish and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, give it a good stir and return to over for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  • Store in an airtight jar

 

Enjoy with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit
