Spelt and Oat Porridge with Raspberries and Blueberries

spelt and oat porridgeIngredients:
20g of Organic Oat Flakes (approx. 2 dessertspoons)
20g of Organic Spelt Flakes (approx. 2 dessertspoons)
1-2 cups of Almond/Rice/Coconut Milk
1 handful of Blueberries (6-8 berries)
1 handful of Raspberries (6-8 berries)

Optional: Cover the Oat & Spelt Flakes in water and soak overnight

Add the flakes and milk of your choice to a pot and simmer for approx. 5-8mins.
Add more or less milk until you get the consistency you desire.
Once done pour over your bowl of berries and top with whatever topping options
below that you desire.

Topping Options
Option 1: ¼ tsp Organic Cinnamon, 1 dessertspoon of Desiccated Coconut
Option 2: 1-2 tsp of Whole Chia Seeds, 1 dessertspoon of Goji Berries
Option 3: ¼ tsp Organic Cinnamon, 1 tsp of Smooth Almond Butter
