Nutrition Information
Oats, oat bran, and oatmeal contain a specific type of fibre known as beta-glucan it is this special fibre
that makes the humble Oat a superfood! Research has shown that adequate intake of fibre in our diets
is able to help remove cholesterol from the digestive system that would otherwise end up in the
bloodstream. Therefore what better way to start your day and protect your heart, than with a hot bowl
of nutrient dense porridge full of fibre!
